UNDERSTAND YOUR SETTING AND TUNE TO THE OTHERS

Is there a reason we get on well with someone while someone else seems to come from a different universe? Diversity can bring disputes, different opinions, etc. Are we strong enough to accept different argumentations and opinions? Here, typology does the trick – boxes that show us what to do with a particular type in a particular situation. How to effectively deal with a particular person (situational leadership, typology, transaction analysis etc.)?

Various situations require various solutions, resp. another approach. We can expect a different reaction from each person in the same kind of situation. How to prepare for this?

You can learn about various types of people’s reactions within MgC activities. Our trainers will help you find a way to adapt negotiation, work style and communication to your counterpart and a particular situation.

Within situational communication styles trainings:

        • You will learn about the unique, very simple and effective methods for distinguishing of individual setting;
        • You will find out what do particular settings mean, what are the interactions between them;
        • Will you look for their strengths and the possible risks?
        • You will learn what to watch out for when dealing with people from another “box”;
        • You will try to prepare for a negotiation or presentation in the context of chosen typology;
        • You will be ready to use various types of communication and leading according to the situation.
