how to be a leader?
Within management development and leadership we work with topics in three basic areas – business skills, people skills a leadership skills. The predisposition to mastering all three of those key competencies is understanding one’s own setting, needs and feelings. In this field we focus on the personality analysis based on psycho-diagnostic methods, individual and group reflexion and professional feedback.
The topic of leader’s personality is split into following areas:
- Understanding oneself and the role of the manager;
- One’s own situation analysis;
- Identifying one’s own setting using diagnostic tools (SDI);
- The ability to self-reflect – identification of one’s strengths and development skills;
- How are the other set and how to work with it;
- The ability to self-reflect, critical and positive perception of a self;
- Setting one’s own managerial vision and communication style.
