Team or a group of professionals? How does your team work – what bases does it stand on and what are the tricky places? How should it be put together? What are the roles of people in team? When someone leaves – is it going to help the team or is it going be to be devastating? How to support the initiative in teams, lower the fluctuation and raise satisfaction of people at work?

Team work and functional teams will gain importance in the times of highly specialized professionals. We can now see that the “work team” is currently the second most important factor of people’s satisfaction, right after the relationship with their boss.

  • Setting the team DNA AKA how we want to function in the team;
  • Identification and setting of strengths;
  • SDI (Self Deployment Inventory – team profiling tool) – questionnaire tool for identification of strengths of individuals, teams and mutual expectations;
  • Mutual getting to know each other – what is my setting and what is the other’s setting;
  • The impact of my individual setting in cooperation with others (how do I contribute and where are the risks of conflict?);
  • Setting the values and principles of cooperation in our team;
  • Setting the vision and action plan.
