INFLUENCE YOUR TEAM
Within the development of management and leadership we work with topics in three basic areas – business skills, people skills and leadership skills. The predisposition for effective management of these three key competencies is an effective use of all tools the leader might have in hand. In this context we focus on the introduction of these tools, looking for individual possibilities of how to use these tools in the leaders everyday practice.
The topic of effectiveness of a leader is divided into the following areas:
- Communication as a tool and communication styles in practice;
- Setting up and communicating visions, strategies and targets;
- Motivation;
- Delegation and the risks of backwards delegation;
- The importance of control;
- Feedback as a motivation;
- Solving difficult situations and conflicts;
- Presentation and self-presentation.
